General:
- What are your store hours?
Monday - Saturday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Thursday until 8 p.m. If you are coming
from out-of-the-area and will not be able to get to our store during regular
hours, please, give us a call and you may make an appointment with us.
- How long will it take to get a response to an e-mail I send?
We will answer e-mails receive Mondays - Fridays within 24 hours of time received.
Messages received on Saturdays and Sundays will be answered by Monday afternoon.
If for some reason you have not received an answer within this time span,
please, e-mail it to us again. With human and computer error, it could have
been lost within the process.
- Is your site secure?
Yes, it is. The best thing to do, however, is to always check that the little
lock at the bottom of your screen comes up when you get to an area asking
for personal information (This is true for all sites. Also, it is important
to remember that general e-mails are not secure and should never include private
personal information.). If for some reason the lock does not come up, do not
enter your personal information at that time. Instead, try the site again
because the lock can be a little slow to come up on some sites whether it
is due to the internet server or the website server.
- Is everything that is shown online in the store?
Yes, everything shown online is in the store.
- Do you carry jerseys?
No, we do not.
- Do you carry jackets?
No, we do not.
Orders:
- How long does it take to process orders?
Every effort is made to
process each order received by 12 noon Eastern Time the same day it comes
in Monday through Friday (excluding UPS holidays). If there are any problems
with your order, we will contact you ASAP; however, this could mean that the
package is an extra day leaving. Since we, also, have instore customers, the
12 noon cutoff usually gives us enough time to get the packages done without
neglecting our in-store customers.
- When will I receive my order?
Please see above for the processing time. In terms of the length of time for
your package to get from Two Days Gifts to your destination, please, see the
map below.
The times shown on the map are approximant and may vary. After you have placed
you order and it has been processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail
with the scheduled UPS delivery date according to the UPS database. If your
destination is not visible on the map, please, write us at orders@twodaysgifts.com
for more information.
- May I come to the store to make a purchase?
Yes, of course, we love meeting our customers. If you would like to have any
merchandise pre-pulled, simply send in an order and select Virginia pick-up.
You will not be charged until you come in to pick-up your merchandise, and
at that time, you are more than welcome to add and/or subtract items from
your online order.
- How does the Virginia pick-up option work?
After you have placed your first item in the cart, the screen will prompt
you to choose a Geographic Shipping Location - select Virginia (Pick-up).
Then, you may continue to fill your cart or proceed to checkout. Upon checking
out, click Order Online Now. This will take you to the order form section
of the site where you will fill in your address and credit card number. Once
we receive your order, it will be pulled and waiting for you to pick-up. You
will not be charged for your order until you come to get it. At that time,
you are more than welcome to use the charge card that you put with the order,
or you may choose to use a different charge card, check, or cash.
- How do I make an order using a check or money order?
Once you have finished placing your selected item(s) in your cart, proceed
to checkout. At this point, you will be given the option of ordering either
online or offline, click the Order Offline and Fax or Mail Your Order. The
next screen will show you your cart and have a place to fill in your e-mail
address, just click the send button, and the e-mail form of your order should
arrive in your mailbox shortly. Then, just print the order and mail it to
us at Two Days Gifts, 9249 Center Street, Manassas, VA 20110 with your check
or money order enclosed. As soon as we receive your order, it will be processed.
If you would like to be informed when your order is shipped and its scheduled
delivery date, please, enclose your e-mail address.
- How do I make an order offline?
Once you have finished placing your selected item(s) in your cart, proceed
to checkout. At this point, you will be given the option of ordering either
online or offline, click the Order Offline and Fax or Mail Your Order. The
next screen will show you your cart and have a place to fill in your e-mail
address, just click the send button, and the e-mail form of your order should
arrive in your mailbox shortly. For using the regular mail, print the order
and send it to us at Two Days Gifts, 9249 Center Street, Manassas, VA 20110
with your credit card information, check, or money order enclosed. For faxing,
print the order and fax it to us at 703.368.9858 with your credit card information
(don't forget the expiration date). As soon as we receive your order, it will
be processed. If you would like to be informed when your order is shipped
and its scheduled delivery date, please, enclose your e-mail address.
- Does Two Days Gifts accept phone orders?
No, we don't. We do apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you.
Our site is very secure, but if you would feel more comfortable, we do accept
orders by mail or fax. For an explanation of how this works, please, see the

- What if what I am ordering is a gift?
If you make an order and have it shipped to someone else, we will automatically
include a letter stating that you were the one who sent the item(s). If you
would like to include a short message, write it in the Special Instructions
section of the order form and we will transcribe it onto the letter they will
receive. Also, we do include instructions about returns or exchanges, if for
some reason they are unhappy with what they received. You will receive an
e-mail with the UPS scheduled delivery date, and a paper receipt of your transaction
in the mail.
- How do I know that you received my online order?
After you have made your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within
the hour. If you do NOT receive this e-mail, it could be that the e-mail address
was mistyped when entered or that your order was not received. Either way,
please, contact us so we can make sure that all systems are go.
