Orders

ALL orders must be made in writing.

You may submit your order online; or email it to yourself (there is an option given after you fill your online cart), print it and submit it via FAX at 703.368.9858, or via regular mail to 9249 Center Street, Manassas, VA 20110. We do NOT accept telephone orders.

We ONLY ship within the contiguous 48 states.

Every effort is made to process and ship each order received by NOON Eastern Time within two days after it comes in Monday through Friday (excluding UPS holidays).

If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you ASAP; however, this could mean that the package is an extra day leaving.

After you have made your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within the hour. If you do NOT receive this e-mail, it could be that the e-mail address was mistyped when entered or that your order was not received. Either way, please, contact us so we can make sure that all systems are go.

We do process orders as quickly as possible; however, to determine the length of time for your package to arrive at its destination after leaving from Two Days Gifts, please, consult the map below. The times are approximate, and we will send you an e-mail with the scheduled delivery date after your package is in the UPS system. The map is a good indicator for planning purposes. Although, Murphy's Law will persist, please, leave enough time that problems can be resolved if there are any.
